CARDIOXYL

First marketed in 1951, our sutures for valve replacement or repair procedures are the result of a long collaboration with Professor Alain Carpentier, French cardiac surgeon, nicknamed „Modern mitral valve repair father„, by the AATS President (American Association of Thoracic Surgery).

Today, we offer the widest range of braided non-absorbable sutures for valve procedures, used worldwide:

  • Cardionyl® (nylon 6.6 monofilament suture) for mitral valve repair
  • Cardioxyl® and Cardioflon®Evolution (braided polyester suture) for aortic valve replacement or annuloplasty.
